Clyde, Oct. 28, - Thomas Franklin Albaugh, 73, well-known fruit farmer died at his home on the Limerick-rd Monday morning.
He was born in Frederick-co, Maryland, Oct. 23, 1868, son of Joshua and Susannah Kaugh[sic] Albaugh but came to Ohio when he was 21.
He was married first to Miss Elnora[sic] Shawberry of Republic, Dec. 6, 1893 and she died Nov. 15, 1929. He was later married to Mrs. Alice Ferkel of Clyde. Mr. Albaugh was a member of the Fruit Ridge Horticulture Society and a member of the Clyde Methodist Church.
He is survived by his widow, three sons, Alva C. and Paul E., of Detroit, and Owen A, of Middletown; two daughters, Mrs. H. J. Leide of Cleveland Heights and Miss Anna S. Albaugh at home, three grandchildren, two brothers, John H. Albaugh of Frederick, Md., and Irving S. Albaugh, of Libertytown, Md.; and one sister Mrs. R. D. Simpson of Frederick, Md.
The body was taken to the Mitchell Funeral Home where friends may call.
Funeral services will be held at the Clyde Methodist Church Wednesday at 2 o'clock with the Rev. J. P. Cordero officiating. Burial will be in McPherson Cemetery.
