Troy Dean Galloway was born in Marshalltown, Iowa on March 2, 1965 to Robert and Sarah (Weatherly) Galloway. He passed away in Salem, Missouri on May 24, 2012 at the age of 47 years, 2 months and 22 days.
Troy was preceded in death by his grandparents; Herbert Max and Mable Galloway and Earl and Lucille Weatherly; and uncles, Ron Galloway, Kent Rogers and Frank Powers.
Troy is survived by his parents, Bob and Sarah Galloway, of Salem; brother, Brad Galloway and fiancé, Kerrie Givens, of Salem; a sister, Tracey Frasier and husband, Warren, of Jadwin; nieces and nephews, Faith and Ryan Frasier; Brinsley Galloway and Trenton Black.
Troy loved traveling internationally especially to Europe. He enjoyed coin collecting, reading and writing children's books. He was currently working at Royal Canin USA Inc. in Rolla. Troy will be deeply missed by his family and all who loved him.
Funeral service for Troy Dean Galloway was 11:00 a.m. Wednesday May 30, 2012 at Salem Christian Church with Tim Hill officiating. Music was provided by Steve Morton with Carol Carmack as pianist. Full Military honors were performed to conclude the service. All arrangements were under the direction of Dent County Memorial Chapel.
