Roy "Jocko" Ackerman, 75, died yesterday at the Hanover Nursing Home.
He was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church and the No. 4 Fire Company.
Survivors include two sister-in-law. Martha and Irene Ackerman, both of Madison; and several nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by five brothers and one sister.
Services will be 10 a.m. Thursday at St. Mary's Catholic Church with burial in St. Jospeh's Cemetery.
Friends may call at the Lytle Mortuary tomorrow between 7 p.m. and 9 p.m. There will be Rosary service at 7:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
