MRS. JOSEPHINE CRUMP VANDIVER, 84, of the Red Hill Community died late Saturday night at her home after an extended illness. Mrs. Vandiver was born in Franklin County, GA on Nov. 13, 1880, a daughter of the late John Wesley (Wess) and Betsy Addison Crump. She was the widow of E. C. C. Vandiver. She was a member of Allens Methodist
Church.
Survivors are two sons, Ed. W. Vandiver of Carnesville and Dock Vandiver of Martin; two daughters, Mrs. Archie Hughes of Toccoa and Mrs. J. L. Nelson of Atlanta; one sister, Mrs. J. O. Wilhite of Toccoa; nine
grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 2 pm Monday at Allens Methodist Church with Rev. Phil Barnhart officiating. Burial in the church cemetery.
Pallbearers, John and Charles Hughes, Kenneth, James and Steve Vandiver and Henry Crump.
