John "David" Bell, 76, passed away Monday, November 5, 2012 at his home. Visitation will be held from 1-2:00 p.m., Friday, November 9, 2012 at Iles Funeral Homes- - Dunn's Chapel, followed by a graveside service at Resthaven Cemetery in West Des Moines.
John was born in Pittsburg, Kansas, the son of John and Jean Bell. He was a East High School graduate and served in the US Army. John worked as a bank vault teller at Norwest Bank for 25 years.
John is survived by his sister, Dr. Barbara Murphy; brothers, James R. Bell and Patrick W. Bell; numerous nieces, nephews and their families.
