Most and foremost Ron loved his family. He enjoyed camping, boating and loved attending Justin's sports. Just last Fall he had pom-poms and was cheering Justin's soccer team to victory. He loved fishing, RC car racing, Jr. Dragster racing and shooting his bow. He loved his granddaughter, Georgia and loved watching her jump on the trampoline. He was also known to play Barbie's with her, and have tea parties. He loved his entire family. He loved gatherings at holidays and summer bar-b-ques.

Ron worked for UPS for 32 years. He loved driving semis and built many friendships over the years with fellow employees. With that many years at UPS he proudly earned the name "Grummpy" and used that name on his license plate.
