Aunt Lois was always a tiny little thing about 4 ft 11 inches but she made up for in in her spirit. She never drove until her husband passed away she was in her 60's at that time. She made up for all those years, she drove every where. Once she lost her brakes on a very steep hill (Murray Hill) in Creighton, PA went through an intersection and stopped at a goal post in a football field. But that did not stop her she continued driving.
I always remember her kindness to me and my 5 sisters her and Uncle Jimmy giving us a treat at every visit. I loved her home on top of a hill in Springdale Hollow, always wished I lived there.
