They had two daughters and divorced
Emma married James Henry Caples and they had nine children.
On the Orange County Cemetery website for Santa Ana Cemetery they have Emma buried in Santa Ana Section B Lot 898 Sp 1. The Fairhaven Cemetery people say that it is and always has been easy to get the two confused as they both occupy the same area and the Santa Ana is over about a third of the property and Fairhaven, which is where Emma's Obituary and Funeral Service Page said she would be buried, has the other two thirds of the property. There is no fence or road dividing the two cemeteries. The Santa Ana Cemetery is owned by Orange County, California while Fairhaven is a private owned cemetery.

Just a note to say that Emma is definitely at Santa Ana. Actually, there is a divider between this particular section and Fairhaven; you can see it in the second photo. It's a little cement trough. To the far right is a building (not pictured) and along this particular section, there is a fence (right wall). So this section is partially separated by a wall between it and Fairhaven. Also, it is pretty easy to distinguish Fairhaven and Santa Ana, as Fairhaven requires flat markers, which Santa Ana does not. If you were to look the opposite direction of the 2nd photo, you'd see several upright stones, a clear indicator of Santa Ana.
