Mrs Rosetta Charlotte Marchant (nee Mears) Checksfield died at her home in this city on Monday 21st , 1903 at 5 o'clock am, after a lingering illness,aged 34 years, 5 months and 25 days. Funeral services will be held from Christ Episcopal church, in Bunker Hill, Ill., this afternoon at 1.00o'clock the remains will be laid to rest in our cemetery. The funeral will be conducted by the Rev. H. M. Chittenden of Alton
