RAGSDALE, ACTON EDDIE, 77, passed away Wednesday, December 13, 2006 at Valley Baptist Medical Center in Harlingen, TX. Memorial Services will be held Saturday 1:00 P.M., Decemeber 16th, at the First United Methodist Church in Lewisville, TX and Wednesday 4:00 P.M., December 20th, at Port Mansfield Church.
Mr. Ragsdale was former President of Chamber of Commerce, avid fisherman and longtime fishing guide.
He is survived by his wife, Elsie Millar Ragsdale of Port Mansfield; three sons, Dean (Debbie) Ragsdale of Bartonville, TX, William O. (Linda) Ragsdale of Flower Mound, TX and Dan Hecker of Corpus Christi; three daughters, Dona (Andy) Benz of Garland, TX, Susan (Jim) Hunt of Keller, TX and Connie Owens of Arlington, TX. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren, two brothers and one sister.
