Born in Wythe county August 26, 1912, she was the daughter of the late John Henry Kinser and Melinda Butner Kinser.
Surviving are: husband: Ellis B. Richardson: four daughters; three sisters;Eva Archer, Wytheville, Flora Gray, Max Meadows, Frances Stowers, Pulaski; 12 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held today at 2 p.m. from the Hilltop Pentecostal Holiness Church with the Rev. Eugene Lawson and Rev. Douglas Stuart officiating.
Burial will follow in the Highland Memory Gardens. Dublin.
