FRANK TAVERNA, 78, of Clarksville, Tenn., formerly of Memphis, retired employee of Easy Way Produce, died of heart failure Friday at Clarksville Memorial Hospital. Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at St. Anne Catholic Church, where he was a member for 47 years, with burial in Memorial Park. Memorial Park Funeral Home has charge. He was also a member of Immaculate Conception in Clarksville. Mr. Taverna, the husband of Madeline Marini Taverna for 47 years, also leaves a daughter, Anita Marie Lane of Clarksville; two sisters, Mamie Maestri of Memphis and Margaret Morgan of Louisville, Ky.; a brother, Vince Taverna of Collierville, and a granddaughter. The family requests that any memorials be sent to the John Micheletti Memorial Scholarship Fund at Holy Rosary Catholic Church. (Published in The Commercial Appeal on November 9, 1998)
