Sun Prairie - Darlene J. (nee Bieri) Baszynski, age 49, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, June 21, 2010 at her home. She was born on July 29, 1960 in Madison the daughter of Irvin & LouEllen (Bolender) Bieri.
Darlene was united in marriage to David John Baszynski on August 25, 1985. She was a lifelong resident of the Madison/Sun Prairie area. Darlene was employed with Group Health Insurance for over 14 years as a Claims Examiner and before that was employed with Dean Care HMO for 8 years. She was a graduate of Madison West High School and of M.A.T.C. in the Art Program. Darlene was an accomplished artist, photographer and floral designer. In her spare time she enjoyed many camping trips. She was a loving wife and mother who loved family gatherings and always enjoyed a good laugh. Along with her family her relationship with the Lord was of the greatest importance. She was a born again Christian who worshipped at Prairie Creek Community Church, Sun Prairie.
Darlene is survived by her loving family including her husband, David of Sun Prairie; her children, Heather Baszynski, Sun Prairie, John Baszynski and Joshua Baszynski both of Madison; her mother, LouEllen Bieri, Madison; her sister, Denise (Tim) Fellers, Verona; her bother, Dennis (Linda) Bieri, Bellville; special nieces, Michelle and Sabrina; special nephew, Steve; other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her father, Irvin, Father & Mother-In-Law, John Joseph Baszynski & Lorraine M. Yarroch Baszynski.
A Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday, June 29, 2010 at 6:00 p.m. at Cress Funeral Home, Sun Prairie with Pastor David Rostad officiating. A time of gathering will be held on Tuesday at the funeral home from 5:00 p.m. until the time of service.
