I never got to know my Mother-in-law. She passed away in 1959. My husband and I went to North Carolina in 1961. Cliff was so happy to introduce me to his Mom and was told the news that his Mother was dead after we arrived there.
It hurt him really bad, but he had been gone for 17 years and his family had no idea how to contact him to let him know. I wish I had gotten to know you Minnie. All I ever heard were good stories about you. Rest in Peace dear lady.
