FREDERICKSBURG - Angelina Marek ,93, of Fredericksburg, formerly of Edna, passed away on Thursday November 1, 2012. She was born September 29, 1919 in High Hill to the late Alfred and Carrie Olsovsky, Sr.
She is survived by her husband of 64 years, Joe F. Marek; two daughters, JoAnn and her husband Bill Janak of Fredericksburg, and Darlene and her husband John Dusek of Friendswood; sister, Rita Volek of Ganado; two grandchildren, Heath and Brittany; and four great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 5 - 8 p.m. with a Rosary recited at 7 p.m. on Monday November 5, 2012 at Slavik Funeral Home Chapel. Services will be Tuesday, November 6, 2012 at the St. Agnes Catholic Church in Edna at 2 p.m., with Rev. Michael Petering officiating. Interment will be at Assumption Catholic Cemetery in Ganado.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to St. Agnes Catholic Church.
