"Roger Rector McHenry, better known as 'Mac', passed away on January 26, 2006 to once again be reunited with his beloved wife of 55 years, Anne Mugnolo McHenry who preceded him in death on December 11, 2002. Mac, 87, was born on October 20, 1919 in Tennessee. Following college and his military service with The United States Air Force in World War II, Mac moved to Madera California in 1947 where he has lived ever since. Mac retired From PG&E following a more than 30 year career with the utility, starting out as a meter reader and retiring as a Communications Technician. In Madera, Mac was a member of V.F.W. Post 1981.

Mac is survived by his daughter Michaella Nathan of New York and by his 2 grand daughters, Tamara Gonzales and Jodi Nathan both of New York, and by members of Anne's extended family.

A celebration of Mac's life will be on Sunday, February 12, 2006 at 12:30 PM in the Veteran's Memorial Hall, 200 South G Street, Madera."
