Description: On March 21, 1952 a Navy four-engine patrol bomber, bound for NAS Alameda, Calif., crashed shortly after takeoff from NAS Corpus Christi, Tex. Ten men were killed; four officers (Dozier, Roeder, Ruttledge, Williams), two NAVCADs (Augrain, Nye), and four enlisted crewmembers (Chase, Daffenberg, Givens, Steinbaugh).
