Description: The 1st Battle of Fredericksburg, Missouri during the Civil War took place July 17, 1864. It resulted in the deaths of six Union and 17 Confederate deaths. The Union soldiers were buried in Pisgah Baptist Cemetery. The Rebels were buried in a family cemetery behind Seybold Tavern, although there doesn't appear to be any grave markers remaining.
