The Civil War is one time period that has always interested me. Growing up, we always were visting our relatives here in the south. We would visit the battlefields like, Shiloh, Corinth, Brice's Crossroad, Chickamauga, Franklin, and Lookout Mountain. We visited Andersonville and other historical places that dealt with the Civil War. We were told about our family members who fought for both sides. These are some of the heroes from the Civil War who have inspired me to do your best at all times.
