DuVal Family Descendants A Virtual Cemetery created by: starbug
Description: The folks in this virtual cemetery are all descendant family members of French Huguenot Daniel DuVal, who came to Virginia in 1701. More than three hundred years later, his family of descendants includes more than 35,000 people who have lived in every state in the USA and other countries as well. In some cemeteries in the US more than a hundred of his descendant family can be found. The family motto is "Pro Patria" and descendants can be found not only in national military cemeteries such as Arlington but also overseas where they were buried after giving the supreme sacrifice to our country during the War Between The States/Civil War, the two World Wars and later. This is a tiny virtual cemetery for the moment, but eventually it will contain the many thousands of those I've located, thanks to the contributions of so many wonderful FindAGrave contributors.
