Description: On 29 January 1944, the Little Boots B-17 Flying Fortress from the 615th Bomber Squadron, 401st Bombardment Group (Heavy), was shot down near Worms, Germany, on a mission targeting factories in Frankfurt, Germany. Of the 10 crew members, five were Killed in Action and five were taken Prisoner of War in Stalag Luft.See MACR2274.Looking for Robert W. Beers and Clarence Young.
