Katherine "Kate" Rittinger Hoffmann was born in 1860. She married Louis Hoffmann, and they had two children: Katherine Hoffmann Siebert and Henry Hoffmann. Kate died in 1931 at age 71 and is buried in Saint Joseph's Cemetery in Wilder, Campbell County, Kentucky. Her heritage was German.
