| Birth: | Sep. 4, 1934 Kings County New York, USA | | Death: | Aug. 25, 2011 Weatherly Carbon County Pennsylvania, USA | My Mom was the soul of our family. She had a way of bringing out the best in anyone she met. She was an awesome Italian Mom to us kids. She taught us how important family was and how important traditions were. She taught us how important it was to never pass up a chance for a hug or a kiss. She taught us life is short, lets have fun. She would guide us with her sayings that you knew she meant - "It's only money" - "If it's meant to be, it will be" - "This too shall pass". This is the way she lived. She taught by example. She lived, loved, laughed, sang & danced! Everything else would get worked out! While growing up, my Mom & Dad didn't have 2 nickles to rub together, but we never knew it! We went every where across this country. 7 people in a station wagon that was pulling a trailer. From Long Island to Colorado and everywhere in between :-) Thanks Mom for all the things you did.
The last lesson she taught me was that even if a man is 47 years old, he still needs his Mommy

Even when a man is 49, he still needs his Mom. Mother is the word for God on the lips and hearts of all children. Happy Mother's Day in Heaven, Mom. I miss you so much. -
