Senitiki Uruvoki "Tiki" Cagilaba Komaitai
You are taking a random walk through our online cemetery.
Birth: May 2, 1961, Fiji
Death: Jan. 1, 2009, Fiji

The daughter of Mariana Kuinawai Siteri (Rakuita) and Apisai Cagilaba. She was married to Meli Komaitai, and together they had 4 boys and 2 girls. Ever ready to assist those in need, full of joy, a very skilled fisher-woman and skilled in the old traditional herbal medicines of Fiji (medicine from plants of the forest), she was a rare gem of whom all were happy of her company. Shortly before her death she and some other family relatives got food poisoning from fish they ate at a Christmas celebration meal. Although uncertain, it is believed that an abdominal aneurysm resulting from the effects of the fish poisoning may have possibly been what led to her death. While visiting a cousin's home in Savusavu town on the island of Vanua Levu in Fiji, in the very early morning hours of New Year's day, she went home to Jesus while resting in her mother's arms, as though she had simply fallen asleep.

She is buried in the Natewa Village cemetery which is located near the shore of Natewa Bay on Vanua Levu, Fiji.

She is very deeply missed, more than words can say.
