David died suddenly at age 38 in 1985 of a heart attack at his mother Amolee's home on Christmas Day. He was survived by his wife Diane House OF Pioneer,LA, mother Amolee Sumners House Hale OF Pioneer,LA. Son Danny House OF Pioneer,LA, Daughter Marion Mellisa House Nevels & husband Todd Nevels [they married 2 years after David's death]of Oak Grove,LA, daughter Angel House. Sister Mary Ann House Hale & husband Larry Hale of Epps,LA. Sister Janetta House Hale & husband David Hale OF Monroe,LA. Step-father Eugene Hale OF Pioneer,LA a step-brother 2 step-sisters. He was preceded in death by his father Vester Lee House 1924-1963. David was buried at Redwing Cemetery next to his father Vester Lee House.
