Born in Rastadt, Kherson Province, Ukraine, Russia. Son of Anton and Magdalena (Fischer) Wandler. Entered marriage with Katherine Immel on August 6, 1911. Father of Veronica Nieder, Marcus and Rollie Wandler. Following the death of Katherine in 1920, Sebastian entered into marriage with the widower Frances Isabel (Senn) Greff on November 15, 1920. Frances had two children from her first marriage to Valentine Greff. The marriage of Sebastian and Frances produced 12 children: Casper, John, Raymond, Sebastian, Emilia Solsvik, Henry, Leona Graham and Shirley Ebentheuer. Four other children: Adam, Eve, Nicholas and Charles all died in infancy. Brother to Anna Selinger, Frederick, Julia Roether, Adam, Joseph, Dominick, Cyriak, Rose Braun, Emilia Heidt and Katherine Obrigewitsch.
