Organist and composer. Arranged and transcribed many hymns and orchestral works for the organ, piano, and handbells; composed a number of original compositions as well. He was the resident organist at the Ocean Grove (New Jersey) Great Auditorium from 1924 to 1944. In 1929, he recorded four organ works for Thomas Edison.
