JESSICA ROBIN FOSTER WAS THE THREE AND A HALF YEAR OLD DAUGHTER OF BOBBY AND ROBIN FOSTER. SHE WAS A SWEETHEART, NEVER MET A STRANGER, WITH A SMILE FOR EVERYONE. HER PARENTS WERE VERY YOUNG WHEN SHE WAS BORN, BUT THEY ADORED HER. SHE LOOKED LIKE HER DADDY. ON A BEAUTIFUL SUNNY SUMMERS DAY, DURING A FAMILY COOK-OUT AT HER MOTHERS AUNT'S HOME, SHE WAS FOUND AT THE BOTTOM OF THE IN-GROUND SWIMMING POOL...HER WHOLE FAMILY WAS DEVASTATED..SEVERAL YEARS LATER SHE HAD A SISTER NAMED GINGER. SHE HAS A BEAUTIFUL LITTLE GRAVESTONE WITH HER PICTURE ON IT.....
Inscription:
Jessica's Great Grandmother (Lola Tillman, listed in my cemetery "Family and Friends")and Great Aunt wrote the Poem that is on the slab, it spells out her name.....
Joyful, sweet little angel loved by
Everyone, such a beautiful child
Smiling all the while
Seldom had she cause for tears
Intelligent beyond her years
Child of love from Heaven above
A free spirit was Jessica, our love
On the back of Jessica's monument is a line fron John Keats.... "A Thing of Beauty is a Joy Forever"
On the front in the middle are the Heavenly gates ajar with the inscription... Come Ye Blessed
And just below that are our words "Our Darling Jessi Lou" with her picture burned into china
