President of Florida State College for Women (now Florida State University), 1909-1941. Under his guidance, the university grew from a couple of hundred student to over 2,000. He taught the first classes in experimental psychology while serving as president of the university and oversaw the development of the first psychology laboratory in the state of Florida. Conradi Hall on the FSU campus is named for him, as is an endowed chair in psychology at the university.
Previously, Dr. Conradi served as the Superintendent of Schools for Carlisle, IN and St. Petersburg, FL
