Beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Lorraine Gaffke Jorgensen was married to James Jorgensen on December 14, 1945. Their children are James, Patricia, Dorothy and Robert. As time goes on, she is missed more and more all the time. She was the most inspirational person in my life. She died at Henry Ford Wyandotte Hospital in my arms in the wee hours of the morning. She felt she had a blessed life and was thankful for everyday she was given. She survived an office fire when she was 18 years old and had to jump from a window into the arms of a fireman. She believed in all of us, her family. She never judged and always listened. I can only say I was truly blessed to have her in my life. Grandma, you are in my heart and will be for the rest of my life. I love you. Jennifer
