ARLINGTON - Scott E. Coffman, 31, in corporate purchasing, died Thursday at a Fort Worth hospital.

Funeral: 9:30 a.m. Monday at Mount Olivet Chapel. Burial: Onarga Cemetery in Onarga, Ill. Visitation: 3 to 5 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Mr. Coffman was born Oct. 15, 1965, in Champaign, Ill. He was a member of the insurance office softball team and active in all sports. He was active in school and was accepted to the University of North Texas.

Mr. Coffman was preceded in death by his father, James Edward Coffman.

Survivors: Mother, Patricia Lomuscio of Phoenix; stepfather, Frank Lomuscio of Phoenix; brother, James Donald Coffman of Chicago; sisters, Lori P. Stevenson of Kankakee, Ill., and Julie Ann Alutman of North Richland Hills; fiance, Tammy Gilbreath of Arlington; and numerous aunts and uncles.
