Tuesday, April 18, 2006 SHELDONVILLE -- Marjorie Fenderson Bullock, 91, died Thursday, March 16, 2006, at the Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center in Idaho Falls, Idaho. She was the wife of the late Richard Goodell Bullock, whom she married on Jan. 8, 1938, in Providence, R.I. They were married for 52 years.
She was born in Wellesley, the daughter of James Alexander and Edith Palmer Fenderson. Marjorie grew up and attended school in Massachusetts. After their marriage, Mr. and Mrs. Bullock moved to Sheldonville. She lived in Idaho Falls for the past two months with her daughter, Brooke Snyder. Mrs. Bullock worked as a nurse and in management at the Sheldonville Nursing Home for 40 years.
She was a member of the Franklin Federated Church in Franklin. She traveled extensively, line danced until the age of 88, and sang with the Sweet Adelines for more than 30 years.
She leaves her children, Brooke (Roger) Snyder of Idaho Falls, Idaho, Richard Ward (Anita) Bullock of Springville, Utah, and Lyn Bullock Wildes of Mashpee; nine grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
She also had a late sister.
Memorial services will be held at 1 p.m., Saturday, April 22, at the Franklin Federated Church, 171 Main St., Franklin.
