Mrs. Grace Ensley of London, Ohio, 65 , wife of William Ensley of London, Ohio, passed of a heart condition in her residence Thursday morning.

She had been in failing health following a stroke four years ago.

She was born to George Mortimer and Ada (Stairwalt) Hackenger.

Until her illness, Mrs. Ensley had been an organist for the First Presbyterian Church here for 27 years. She was well known in the community, also, as an instructor of piano. She received her education at Wittenberg College, Springfield, Ohio, as her father encouraged her.

Mrs. Ensley was a member of the American Guild of Organists and the Order of Eastern Star, London Chapter. Prior to living in London, Ohio, she was a native of Bellefontaine, Ohio.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday in the Presbyterian Church and burial will be in Glen Haven Memorial Gardens in Clark County.

Friends may call at the Rader-Porter Funeral Home in London, Madison County, Ohio from Friday evening until time time for services.

Note: The Hackenger family originated in South West Germany - Province of Hohenzollern, Prussia, about thirty- one miles from Stuttgart. Her family name then, was spelled Hechinger.
