FORT WORTH -- Kathleen Ann Avery Dottavio, 77, passed away Thursday, Nov. 6, 2008.

Visitation: Open visitation 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 15, at Greenwood Funeral Home.

Kathleen was born Sept. 30, 1931, in Lamar, Colo. She retired from GTE Telephone Co. and was a member of Eastern Star. She was married to Gerald D'Ottavio on Aug. 5, 1950. They were divorced in 1982.

Survivors: Daughters, Debra, Donna, Marie; son, Edward Jr.; 18 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and sisters, Margaret and Pearl.
