Mrs. Donna Joyce Cloyd, 68, of Waterloo, Iowa, formerly of the Hamilton and Cincinnati areas, died Thursday, Feb. 17, 2000, at Covenant Hospital in Waterloo, Iowa. She was born on Sept. 25, 1931, in Portsmouth, Scioto CO. Ohio, the daughter of Arthur Leland "Lee" Gilkerson and Minnie Opal (Atkins) Gilkerson. Mrs. Cloyd was a member of Calvary Cathedral Church in Cedar Falls, Iowa. She is survived by her husband of 46 years, Cecil Thomas Cloyd; a daughter, Katrina J. (husband David) Wenger of Portage, Mich.; a son, Gordon T. Cloyd of Waterloo, Iowa; three grandchildren, David, Angela and Mark Wenger, all of Portage, Mich.; three sisters, Marilyn Sue Jones of Hamilton, and Patsy Takacs and Janis Kemen, both of Cincinnati; and a brother, Orlin Gilkerson of Hamilton. She was preceded in death by three sons, Bradley F. Cloyd in 1991, and infants Adam P. and Kevin T. Cloyd; her parents; and two brothers, Gordon and Gary Gilkerson; and one half sister, Anita G. Gilkerson Adkins.
ARRANGEMENTS: Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 22, at Breitenbach-McCoy-Leffler Funeral Home, with the Rev. Pat Murray officiating. Visitation will be from noon until service time at the funeral home. Burial will be at Rose Hill Burial Park.
