Cherished wife mother Nellie Jo Gracia passed on Oct. 10th at the age of 80. Born Nellie Jo Prince Nov. 29th 1931 in Dover, Arkansas to Dorothy Arley Prince. Siblings included sisters Nina and Wanda brother Arvis. Her family moved to San Jose, CA when Nellie was 14. She graduated from SJHS.
Nellie met husband Richard E. Gracia at the county fair. They married August 6th 1950 at Trinity Episcopal Church in San Jose have lived in Cupertino for 62 years. She loved to paint travel with husband Richard. Nellie enjoyed her garden making dill pickles.
Survived by husband Richard, daughter Denise, son Richard Jr., son in law Randy. Called "Nanny" by grandchildren Lauren, Wendy, Rori, Devin great granddaughter Koral. Survived by sister Nina and brother Arvis.
A memorial will be held on Friday October 19th at the Gates of Heaven Cemetery in Los Altos at 1:30 PM.
