Mrs. Onezime Begnaud
Funeral services will be held at a 9:30 Requiem Mass, tomorrow at St. Genevieve Catholic Church for Mrs. Onezime Begnaud, the former Onezina Broussard, 78, who died at her residence at 718 Elizabeth St. at 10:45 a.m. today.
Interment will be in St. John Cemetery.
Survivors include three sons, Camille and Elphrege Begnaud both of Lafayette, Francis "Frank" Beganud of Duson, two daughters, Mrs. P. R. Arnould and Mrs. Joseph Brasseaux, both of Lafayette; three step-sons, John , Narcissee, and Elinor Begnaud all of Lafayette; three brothers Ulyssee, Elie, and Alphonse Broussard, all of Lafayette; 27 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
Mrs Begnaud, a native of Lafayette parish, was the daughter of the late John Broussard and Francoiz Comeaux Broussard, both natives of Lafayette.
The body will be at the Martin and Castille Funeral Home at 9 a. m.
