PEARL - James C. (Joe) Abbott, 63, of 202 Louisa Drive died Thursday night at Veteran's Administration Hospital. Funeral services are set for 2 pm today at the Wright and Ferguson Chapel.
Burial will be in the Terry Cemetery.
Survivors include one daughter, Sheryl Richardson of Terry, one sister, Polly Yeager of Cullman, Ala.; three brothers, Leon Abbott, of Birmingham, Dutch Abbott of Detroit and Glen Abbott, Cleveland, Ohio; and one grandchild. A member of Pearson Baptist Church, he was a veteran and past commander at Post 104 of the American Legion
