Mrs. Catherine Abler, 84, of 310 N.Park Ave., died at 7:45 p.m. Saturday at St. Agnes Hospital.
Born Feb. 14, 1883, in St. Cloud, she was the daughter of Nicholas and Florentine Denner Entringer. She was married Nov. 16, 1906, to Mathias Koenigs, who died Dec. 16, 1932. On May 27, 1936, she was married to Nick J. Abler.
He died in April of 1960. Mr. Abler was a member of St. Mary's Church, Third Order of St. Francis and the Altar and Rosary Society.
Survivors include two sons, Melvin and Elmer Koenigs, both residing in the city; two daughters, Mrs. Archie Bannasch and Mrs. Raymond Smet, city; nine grandchildren; four great-grandchildren and one sister, Mrs. Rosina
Hochrein, St. Cloud. She was preceded in death by a sister and four brothers.
Funeral services will be at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday at the Uecker-Witt Funeral Home and 10 a.m. at St. Mary's Church, Rt. Rev. Msgr. Henry A. Maurer officiating. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery. The body is in state at the funeral home.

The Altar and Rosary Society and the Third Order of St. Francis attended the service in a body. Burial was in Calvary Cemetery.
