Words cannot say how much we already miss her. We thank God for giving her to us as He knew we would be better with each other than without. Doris's life here on Earth served as a testimony to us about how to remain steadfast with trust in God no matter how difficult life gets.
Surviving are her daughter: Katy Lambert and husband Jeff of Decatur, IL; 4 legged son: Digby Armstrong; Granddogs: Spike and Tanner Lambert; Mother: Mary Frances Armstrong of Taylorville; 2 Brothers: Carl Dean Armstrong and Henry Richard Armstrong and wife Loretta all of Taylorville; 3 Nephews: Russell Lynn Armstrong of Ft. Hood, TX, Dylon Lewis Armstrong and Drew Cowgill both of Taylorville; 2 Nieces: Suzy Faye LeGrant and husband Jason of Matthews, NC and Betty Frances Armstrong of Decatur. She was preceded in death by her father, and 2 brothers: Robert Lynn Armstrong and James Lewis Armstrong.
Creamted and remains buried with Brother James Lewis Armstrong.
