Edgar Orson Burlingame, 61, of 2203 Oakley, died yesterday at St. Luke's hospital. He was born in Joplin, Mo., and had lived here 50 years. Mr. Burlingame was a member and elder of the Linwood United Presbyterian church. He was a 43-year employee of the Jenkins Music here and had been head cashier since 1958. He was a Coast Guard veteran of World War II. He leaves his wife, Mrs. Cornelia Burlingame of the home; his mother, Mrs. Thomas E. Burlingame, 9362 East Sixty-fourth, Raytown; and a sister, Mrs. Albert Buddemeyer, 9300 Olmstead road. Services will be at 2 o'clock Friday at the Hinton chapel, Raytown; burial in Memorial Park cemetery. Friends may call from 7 to 9 o'clock Thursday night at the chapel.
