This double tomb of Isabella I (arrow) plus her husband is indeed a cenotaph, as the coffin with Isabella's remains is in the crypt just beneath the cenotaph. The mortuary monument is not truly in the Granada Cathedral; more specifically, it is in the Royal Chapel, just beside the Cathedral.
