He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Edna Anderson Ouzts ; three children; Arthur, Ronnie, and Barbara Lee; two sisters, Mrs. K. A. Brown, Mrs. G. W. Shaw of Watertown NY, and a brother, Roy Ouzts, somewhere in the South Pacific.
