He was born July 27, 1952, the son of the late William Lawrence and Stella Hartline Tucker.
Tracy enjoyed golf, playing drums, snorkeling and underwater photography and was also a member of the Friday Night Bowling League.
Survivors include his wife of 25 years, Carolyn Tucker; son, Abel Morgan; brother Lee (Jane) Tucker; sister Terry (Lamar) Mashburn; nieces and nephews as well as several special friends.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday in the East Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home with Brother Ken Davis officiating.
Burial will be in Amazing Grace Baptist Church Cemetery in Crandall.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6 to 8 p.m.Monday.
