She was born on December 14, 1943 in Vernal, UT to Carl Edward Searle and Dorothy Marie Stringham Searle. She married Max Haslem on September 18th 1964 in the Salt Lake City LDS Temple.
Eileen loved people. She was always happiest when she was serving others. She was always the first to give comfort or service to another. Eileen served actively in the LDS faith throughout her life. She loved music, dancing and spent many hours teaching her grandchildren dances from experiences throughout her life. Eileen dedicated many hours to the flowers along Main Street to ensure they were as beautiful as they could be.
