"Jeffery "Jeff" Mark Bacher, 58, was born on August 25th, 1954 in La Junta, Colorado. He left this world on August 30th, 2012 in Ozona, Texas.

"He was a beloved husband, dad, son, brother and a true friend of God and man alike. After graduating from Abilene Christian University and Sunset School of Preaching, Jeff began a lifelong ministry. He served the youth through children's homes in Arizona and Texas. He touched even more lives as a youth minister in churches across Texas. He also served as the pulpit minister for congregations in Pennsylvania, Arizona and Texas. Later in life, Jeff returned to Abilene Christian University to obtain a Master's in Gerontology. He utilized this as an opportunity to be a blessing to many nursing homes across Texas. Jeff was a light in every aspect of his life. He brought his love and faith for his Lord everywhere that he went. He brought joy and happiness to all of those around him and he will be sincerely missed.

"Jeff is survived by his wife, Carolyn, and his two sons, Paul and Philip. They request that you remember his life instead of mourning his untimely passing.

"Funeral services will be held at the Clyde Church of Christ on Tuesday, September 4th at 10 a.m. with the graveside service immediately following at Rose Hill Cemetery in Cleburne, Texas at 3 p.m.. Arrangements by Preddy Funeral Home."
