Clement Kephart aged 74 of 1317 N. 11th Street died yesterday in St. Joseph's Hospital. A native of Berks County, Kephart was an enginner for the Reading Co. for 49 years before retiring. He was a son of the late George and Sarah (Moats) Kephart.
