Charles E. Blattner, 74, of Fulton, MO died on Friday November 17, 2006 at his home. He was born on April 4, 1932 in St. Charles, MO, to the late Raymond & Luella (Mathis) Blattner. He married Margaret (Shoults) on October 20, 1956 and she survives of the home. Mr. Blattner served his country in the United States Army. He also worked as a truck operator at Harbison-Walker for 40 years and was a member of the Lutheran Emanuel Church of St. Charles.
