Grandma had 22 grandchildren and I never remember her having a favorite. She had 9 children and 3 miscarriages. Mom told me that growing up; the boys/dad would sleep in one bed and the girls/mom would sleep in another bed. That as children they would share their toys and the only bike they had, only had rims.

When I went to college; I would often stop by grandma's house and check in on her. I would sit and watch the soaps with her. She loved some Dallas.

Grandma never had much money but always gave me birthday money. Kind of made me feel bad but she wouldn't let me give it back.

Grandma lived most of her life right on Blueberry Hill Rd... or it's name now is Duncan drive in Dallas, NC. She went to church right across from there.

Grandma was a diabetic and alway loved her diet Caffeine free Cherry Dr Peppers and her moon pies.

Her father died four months before she was born. In the 1930 Census she is shown living with her step-grandfather Will Hardin and her grandmother Cindy Clark Morgan Hardin.

Grandma and grandpa fell in love the same day they meet and got married that same day and was together the rest of their lives.

Below is her obitutary
