LINCOLN - Lewis A. "Zoo" Barrick, 81, of Lincoln died at 6:42 p.m. Monday (Feb. 26, 1996) at St. John's Hospital, Springfield. His funeral will be at 9:30 a.m. Friday at Holy Family Church, Lincoln, Monsignor Norman Goodman officiating. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery, Lincoln. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Fricke-Calvert-Schrader Funeral Home, Lincoln, with a rosary recited at 4 p.m. Memorials may be made to Community Action.
Survivors include his wife, Docia Brown Barrick; two sons, Jack Barrick and Ed Barrick, both of Lincoln; two stepsons, Don Daniels and Billy Daniels, both of Lincoln; one stepdaughter, Kathy Watkins, Lincoln; three foster daughters, Martha McGregor, Rochester; and Donna Remlinger and Mary Daniels, both of Lincoln; one sister, Evelyn Yarcho, Lincoln; one grandchild, Dawn Tibbs, Lincoln, whom the family was raising; five grandchildren; seven stepgrandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
